1. Loan Eligibility
To qualify for a loan from Lubisi Capital, applicants must:
– Be at least 18 years old
– Be a South African resident or legally registered business
– Provide accurate financial and identification documents
– Meet our internal credit and risk assessment criteria

2. Loan Approval and Disbursement
Loan approval is subject to verification of your application and creditworthiness. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or modify
any loan offer. Approved loan amounts will be disbursed to your nominated bank account within 24–72 business hours after
signing.

3. Repayment Terms
Repayment schedules, interest rates, and fees will be clearly outlined in your Loan Agreement. Payments must be made on or
before the agreed-upon due dates. Late payments will incur additional fees.

4. Interest and Fees
Interest rates may be fixed or variable, as specified in your Loan Agreement. Fees may apply for:
– Late payments
– Loan restructuring
– Administrative services

5. Borrower Responsibilities
By accepting a loan, you agree to:
– Use the funds only for lawful purposes
– Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact or financial details
– Maintain transparency in all financial disclosures

6. Default and Collection
A loan is considered in default if you miss payments or breach the agreement terms. In case of default, Lubisi Capital may:
– Report to credit bureaus
– Initiate legal recovery
– Appoint third-party collectors

7. Data Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with South African data protection laws. We only share information with third parties for
compliance, processing, or debt recovery purposes.

8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services
constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and any related agreements are governed by South African law.
